With over two decades of experience in both in- and outside customer service roles, Jill Stewart has developed a strong background in sales, operations management, training, and client relations. She is dedicated to providing professional customer support and building long-term relationships. Jill’s proven leadership ability allows her to maintain positive relationships and establish well-defined communication to ensure company and vendor success.
From 2017 to 2022, Jill worked for the Correctional Leaders Association (CLA) where she used her effective communication and project management abilities for market research, event planning, developing and maintaining key client relationships, and building effective partnerships. Prior to that, Ms. Stewart worked for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in New Mexico where she assisted in the training of law enforcement officers including United States Border Patrol (USBP) and Bureau of Indian Affairs Law Enforcement officers as well as working in the TSA Training Center which provides training for private pilots from across the industry to become certified as Federal Flight Deck Officers and a portion of the basic training for Federal Air Marshals. In this role, she provided critical support for law enforcement students to apply learned concepts and experiences that will prepare them for the situations they will face in the line of duty.
As Business Development Director and Marketing Coordinator, Ms. Stewart presents Falcon and Falcon experts in marketing and social media campaigns, coordinates outreach efforts, and manages new and ongoing business relationships.
