Dr. Holden is a California-licensed psychologist and Senior Expert with Falcon, Inc., specializing in designing and implementing jail-based trial competency restoration programs. He is a Diplomate of the American College of Forensic Examiners, Diplomate of the American Psychotherapy Association, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (ret.), and holds a lifetime California Community College Psychology Teaching Credential. He is an active member of the Forensic Mental Health Association of California.

Dr. Holden has conducted competency assessment and restoration workshops for several organizations, including the National Sheriff’s Association, the American Jail Association, the National Association for Dually Diagnosed, and the Forensic Mental Health Association of California. He has also developed a competency training method and curriculum and has consulted in the design and implementation of jail-based competency treatment programs in a number of California counties and for the California Department of State Hospitals.
