Benjamin Rice joined Falcon in the spring of 2023 as a Senior Expert. With his start as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of California, Mr. Rice’s experience working directly with state and local governments spans 20 years. Mr. Rice continued his journey in the government realm, joining the Governor’s Office of California as Deputy Legal Affairs Secretary over public safety. Mr. Rice was later recruited to work for a private healthcare company to serve as Chief Counsel.

In his role as Senior Expert, Mr. Rice provides correctional legal expertise to Falcon’s new and current projects and works closely with Falcon team members and government officials to build relationships in state and county jurisdictions.
